Refund and Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Painted Pixels, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at paintedpixelart@gmail.com and provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of personalized or customized items.
